Our bookkeepers are well trained with majority having Accounting Degrees. We encourage them to complete continuing education classes and seek certification in the software we use, as a Certified Bookkeeper, and eventually as a CPA or Enrolled Agent. We look for and expect the best to work with our Clients.
So how do you work with our Virtual Assistants? Through our military encrypted website, we create Private Portals for each client where you receive an invitation and create your own login and password. Through the Portal, you upload all of the source documents we need to prepare, review and analyze your Financial Reports. Source Documents could include Bank and Credit Card Statements, Check Register, Invoices, etc. The required documents will be determined on the services you request and how your information is generated. We do this by providing you a list of the services you require with a checklist of documents you are able to provide and the frequency. Once we receive the documents, your assigned VA will get to work. Any questions or requests for additional information will be between the VA and yourself or your designee. Once the monthly work is completed the VA’s Supervisor will be notified who will then review the work. At that time additional communications may take place with the Client to clarify specific transactions. Once this is completed and any adjustments finalized, Financial Reports will be forwarded with brief comments included.
