Engaging with our Virtual Assistants is a straightforward process designed with your convenience and security in mind. We utilize a military-grade encrypted website to create Private Portals for each client, ensuring that your sensitive information remains protected. Once you receive an invitation, you can set up your own login and password to access your dedicated portal. Within this secure environment, you can easily upload all necessary source documents that we require for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing your financial reports. These documents may include bank and credit card statements, check registers, invoices, and more. The specific documents needed will depend on the services you request and how your financial information is generated. To facilitate this process, we provide you with a comprehensive list of services you require, along with a checklist of the necessary documents and their submission frequency. After we receive your documents, your assigned VA will begin the work promptly. Throughout the process, any questions or requests for further information will be communicated directly between you and your VA or your designated representative. Upon completion of the monthly tasks, your VA’s Supervisor will be alerted to review the work. During this review, there may be additional communications with you to clarify specific transactions.
